Step away from the noise of the world and be held in the quiet womb of Mother Earth for a transformative sensory experience this Spring Equinox. As the world above awakens to the gifts of spring, restoring the balance of light and dark, we invite you to descend into the stillness of the cave to plant the seeds of your intentions.

We will share in storytelling, song and cacao, followed by a melipona honey and shamanic breath journey into a dual sound immersion. The “dual” sound bath (guided by 2 facilitators) will weave a complex tapestry of frequencies and vibrations reverberating off the cave walls. Ancient limestone walls serve as a hallowed amplifier, bathing the soul in a 360-degree resonance. As Mother Earth’s healing frequencies naturally weave through the sound waves, they merge with the heart-opening medicine of cacao, and the third-eye opening medicine of Melipona honey to create a truly transcendent journey.

About the Melipona Honey Ritual 🍯
